Absolutely! When placing your order, you can paste a music link or a YouTube link to the song you'd like included. Our team will take care of the rest.
No inspiration? No problem — just let us know and we'll select a song that perfectly matches the tone and message of your video.
Is it only for birthdays?
Not at all! We create videos for every occasion — birthdays, graduations, promotions, Mother's Day, Christmas, and much more. If you have a reason to celebrate, we're here for it.
How long is the video?
Videos typically run between 30 and 90 seconds — the perfect length to share a memorable message with friends, family, or colleagues on social media.
How long does delivery take?
Your video will be delivered to your email inbox within 1–3 business days — often sooner than expected!
Will my video be shared on TikTok?
Never without your permission. We only post videos on TikTok when you explicitly opt in by checking "Permission to post on TikTok" during checkout. Your privacy is fully respected.
Are there any content restrictions?
We love creative, heartfelt, and even funny messages! However, we kindly ask that your message avoids profanity, religious content, political topics, or anything that could be considered offensive.
If we notice anything inappropriate in your submission, we'll reach out and ask you to revise it before we proceed. We appreciate your understanding.
Can I order in any language?
Yes! We support all languages. Our on-site filming teams can speak English, Chinese, and Arabic directly. For other languages, we use advanced text-to-voice technology to play your message during the shoot — ensuring it sounds natural and authentic.
Can I cancel my order?
Once your order is placed and paid, our team begins production as quickly as possible. Cancellations are only possible if the video has not yet been recorded.
