At 7Greetings, we strive to deliver joy through our personalized video greetings. Due to the custom, digital nature of our products, our refund policy is based strictly on the status of the service progress.

1. Order Cancellation (Before Production)

You may request a cancellation and receive a full refund only if the video recording and production process has not yet begun. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.

2. Refunds & Revisions (After Production)

Once the video has been recorded and delivered to your email, the service is deemed completed, and we generally do not offer refunds.

However, we offer **free revisions** or a refund if the mistake is made on our part:

  • Script Error: If the final delivered video significantly deviates from the exact script you provided (e.g., major mispronunciation of names, or wrong text used).
  • Technical Fault: If the video file is corrupted or technically unplayable.
  • Non-Delivery: If the video has not been delivered within 7 days of the promised delivery timeframe.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the performers' style, acting, or wardrobe (examples are shown on our website).
  • Errors caused by typos or incorrect text provided by you in the original order form.
