These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are a legally binding agreement between [7Greetings] ("we," "us," or "our") and you ("you" or "Customer") governing the use of our video creation and delivery service. By placing an order with us, you accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

  1. Orders

To place an order, you must provide us with your name, email address, payment information, and images. We will use your images to create videos and deliver them to you via email.

  1. Payment

You agree to pay us the fees specified on our website for the videos we create and deliver to you. You must provide us with valid payment information, and we will use the payment information you provide to process your order.

  1. Delivery

We will deliver your videos to the email address you provide during the ordering process. We will make every effort to deliver your videos within the timeframe specified on our website, but we do not guarantee delivery within any specific timeframe.

Your video will be sent via email. So keep checking the spam folder.

If your personalized video has an error, contact us. We will offer a solution as soon as possible.

However, we do not ask for compensation for the following:

  • The actors danced "too little".

 

  • The personalized video is too short. The videos are on average 40-60 seconds long. Please respect the actors' work and time. Up to 60 seconds possible on request - but not longer than that.

 

  • The text was mispronounced. We cannot guarantee that the actors will be able to pronounce the text perfectly in every language.
  1. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights in the images you provide to us. By providing us with your images, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the images for the purpose of creating videos for you. You also represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us this license.

We retain all rights in the videos we create, and you may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use the videos without our prior written consent.

  1. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We warrant that the videos we create for you will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery. If you believe that a video is defective, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICE.

  1. Privacy

We will collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

  1. Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our service. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. Your continued use of our service after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
